LigoLab Customer Review: Mo Juen Talks About Software Version Changes and LigoLab's Automation and Rule-Setting Capabilities

My name is Mo Jeun and I am the cytology manager at Metro Path. I also oversee the pre-post analytics department. I've been with the company for the past 16 years.
The LigoLab launching date wasI still remember that day specifically because it was a huge upgrade for ourselves and it was a very good experience for myself as well.
LigoLab has great potential. I think it provides that consistency that we were lacking, and also adds specificity for troubleshooting problems. Those were the things that we didn't have prior, and we are really, really adoring the kinds of capabilities that LigoLab provides.
Anytime we have some kind of technical challenge or system challenge, we contact the LigoLab help desk via email or phone, and they're always very professional. They listen to us and they understand us.
For version changes in LigoLab, they are very helpful because, LigoLab challenges us to keep up with the current dynamics in this laboratory world. This is a really good change that they are providing.
Every time we go through a version change, I always like the new features that LigoLab provides, and I'm really eager to learn what new things that LigoLab can provide for us in the future. During these version changes, the department that I'm involved with (pre-post analytics department) is usually affected the most because personnel in this department are the first people who touch LigoLab and dictate how the data and specimens are to be handled.
What I really like about LigoLab are the automation and rule settings. They help us manage all the variables that we are facing from pre-analytics, from doctor's offices, and from hospitals. These tools provide consistency without human limitations. Because of the volume, and because of the variety of variables, the rules and automation support us in a systematic way, and that's been one of the best features that LigoLab has provided for us.
