About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR)/ Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in tech sales. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline, under the mentorship of our CEO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in the healthcare and laboratory industry.

2. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

3. Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

4. Work closely with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.

5. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

6. Report to the CEO, who will act as your mentor, guiding your professional development and growth within the company.


1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

2. Strong desire to work in tech sales and to grow within the company.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Self-starter who can multitask and adapt to changing situations.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

6. Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale.

7. Ability to use CRM tools to track prospects and sales.

8. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
