Required Skills:
The primary responsibility of the Implementation Agent is to manage the entire project from start to finish. This requires:
- A minimum of three years experience managing implementation projects in a laboratory domain [required]
- Knowledge of at least two of the following laboratory workflows [required]
- Anatomic Pathology
- Surgical
- Cytology
- Clinical
- Microbiology
- Flow Cytometry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills [required]
- Fundamentals of software, hardware and networking troubleshooting [required]
- Understanding of clinical instrumentation [plus]
- Understanding of medical laboratory domain, terminology, and environment [plus]
- Experience with Jira, Notion, or similar project management platforms [plus]
What We Expect from a Qualified Candidate:
- Be willing to travel within the United States
- Be comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Independently interact with customers during daily/weekly calls to collect workflow details, provide training, and implement workflow configurations within the LIS
- Work closely with development, support, billing, and interface teams to setup configurations needed to support the client’s workflow
- Determined, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
